Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.

  • Manage email campaign deployment process, including scheduling, testing, and optimization, to ensure deliverability and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize campaign strategy and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency across email marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, including regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on developing and executing email campaigns across various industries.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable email marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
