The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a track record of success in content marketing across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to inform future content strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency across content initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, audience-focused content.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable content strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
