The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a passion for SEO and a track record of success in optimizing websites for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and ranking.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile, and use insights to optimize strategy and content.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns, to increase domain authority and credibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on developing and executing SEO strategies for websites.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
