The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and brand voice.

- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management.

- Analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategy and content.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media channels.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable social media strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
